Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior HCM Consultant role located in Chennai. The Senior HCM Consultant will work closely with clients to provide strategic HR and payroll consulting services, and lead all aspects of program and project management. The Senior HCM Consultant will also be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and providing customized solutions to meet the client’s needs.

Your Responsibilities

• SAP Time Management technical configuration and customization in the SAP system
• Handling change orders and service requests via the C4C system
• Advising clients on best processes and SAP standard practice with system settings
• Involving in functional unit testing and assisting customers in UAT
• Professional advising for the teams in Operations
• Training and mentoring junior team members
• Communication with various functional teams and departments in the organization
• Creating documentation of challenges and change orders in cooperation with other business units.

Education & experience

• Senior position with 10-15 years of working experience in SAP.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Time Management Solution including CATS functionality
• Should have good hands-on experience in integration between cloud and on-premise applications.
• Very good knowledge in configuration and customization of the SAP system.
