Role Summary
We develop and build Zalaris’ corporate brand to differentiate and build trust towards key stakeholders - customers, employees, investors, partners.Generate leads and demand for Zalaris’ key products and solutions. We craft and share content (digital-led) that builds internal pride and positively influences external stakeholders, all in an effort to build and promote the brand of Zalaris
Your Responsibilities

Drive and manage paid campaigns across different digital channels and prepare a report on paid campaign

Identify & develop opportunities to generate and nurture leads based on digital channels and resource

Own HubSpot as one of the key tools to nurture leads and qualify them for sales, and hence ensure content is optimal for specific target audience segments

Drive understanding of audience lifecycle stages and how we can drive engagement.

Your Role

As Marketing Manager for the UK, Ireland & Nordics region, you will work closely with our international marketing team and be in regular exchange with Sales, Product Management and other subject-matter experts. Together, you will position Zalaris as a strong partner for HR transformations. You ensure that our messages reach the right audiences at the right time, driven by creative ideas, data-based decisions and a strong focus on results.
Your Responsibilities

You take ownership of developing and executing the marketing strategy for the UK, Ireland & Nordics region, aligned with market requirements, target audiences and company objectives

You plan, manage and optimise integrated B2B campaigns for decision-makers in HR, Payroll and IT across webinars, trade media, events, LinkedIn, email marketing and other relevant channels

You lead local marketing initiatives, contribute creative ideas and ensure consistent, impactful brand communication across the entire customer journey

You work closely with Sales and international marketing colleagues, align content and activities with market needs and develop data-driven strategies for lead generation and brand positioning

You monitor budgets, KPIs and timelines, drive continuous optimisation and further develop processes and tools, including in agile environments
Your Profile

You have at least three years of professional experience in strategic B2B marketing, ideally in an HR, SaaS or IT environment, with initial leadership experience or project ownership being a plus

You bring strong experience in designing and executing integrated marketing initiatives, ranging from thought leadership and events to performance campaigns

You are familiar with common marketing and analytics tools for CRM, automation, content management and performance tracking, and use them effectively to manage your activities

You have a strong business mindset, excellent communication skills, a structured way of working and contribute both creative ideas and clear priorities to the team

You are fluent in English (C2) and feel comfortable working in an international, decentralised environment, including collaboration across the UK, Ireland & Nordics
