Role Summary

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to create, optimize, and elevate our strategy and deliverables for the Company. You will be focusing on Accountability for specific areas and functional responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control)
  • Registration of new hires / terminations / employment changes in the employment register
  • Maintenance of organizational structure
  • Absence attendance registration and handling
  • Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries)
  • Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
  • Maintaining physical and/or electronic archive
  • Performing any additional tasks linked to the primary scope of the position

Requirements

  • Master’s in human resources, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in HR data and payroll processing.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems (e.g., C4C, SAP, payroll software).
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
