Your Responsibilities

Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, offboarding, and compliance processes  

Expertise in employee data management and handling organizational changes with high accuracy and confidentiality  

Proficient in HRIS platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent HR technologies 

Strong understanding of HR digital transformation initiatives, shared services, and scalable HR operating models  

Experience leveraging AI-enabled HR tools and automation technologies to improve efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery  

Familiarity with automation platforms such as RPA, workflow automation, ticketing systems, chatbot solutions, and self-service HR technologies  

Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardization, simplification, and automation of HR processes  

Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce insights to support business decisions  

Exposure to data-driven HR practices, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted reporting is preferred  

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and process execution  

Ability to manage high-volume transactional activities independently while maintaining high service quality and SLA adherence  

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams, clients, and leadership stakeholders  

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage escalations, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions  

Process-oriented approach with experience maintaining SOPs, knowledge articles, and work instructions in a continuously evolving environment  

Understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and governance requirements across multiple regions and jurisdictions  

Your Experience and Skills

4–6 years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR consulting environments  

Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (preferably SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, or similar systems)  

Experience working with digital HR tools, workflow automation platforms, or AI-enabled HR solutions  

Exposure to HR process automation initiatives, continuous improvement programs, or transformation projects  

Prior experience in client-facing HR roles with strong service delivery orientation  

Experience working in global or multi-country HR delivery models (onshore/offshore/shared services)  

Familiarity with HR compliance and regulatory frameworks across multiple geographies  

Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume HR transactions with efficiency, accuracy, and process discipline  

Experience supporting HR reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and operational analytics  

Exposure to change management and adoption of new HR technologies or AI-enabled processes is an advantage
