Position Summary

You will take on a key position, responsible for managing one of our largest customers and overseeing HR services delivery for multiple countries. You will support the countries aligned with your personal experience like Middle East Africa (MEA), Romania, Turkey, Czech Republic, Asia, Central Europe, located in one of our global locations. Your Responsibilities

Customer Management 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for one of our major customers, building and maintaining strong relationships. 
  • Understand the customer’s business needs and align HR services to support their strategic objectives. 
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. 

HR Services Delivery 

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR services for the assigned customer for a different set of countries. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate HR services delivery, including talent and workforce management and compensation & benefits administration.

Project Team Participation 

  • Be an integral part of the project team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR solutions. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our partners to drive successful project outcomes and exceed customer expectations. 

Workshop Facilitation 

  • Conduct workshops with the customer to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and goals. 
  • Utilize a consultative approach to provide tailored HR solutions that address customer needs. 

Escalation Point for Delivery Issues 

  • Serve as the escalation point for any HR services delivery issues, working proactively to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. 
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar client-facing role. 
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices in one of the following countries/regions: MEA, Romania, Turkey or Central Europe. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Romanian, Arabic, Turkey or German, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organization 
  • You’re curious about people, and you’re good at building and maintaining relations.
