Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for assigned client group(s) on HR service matters, via ticketing system, email, phone, or in person.
- Handle and resolve employee queries (policies, leave, payroll inputs, records) and process HR transactions (data changes, letters, onboarding/offboarding documentation) accurately and within SLA.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of HR services for the client group: onboarding, transfers, exits, policy administration, and first-line employee relations support.
- Independently resolve escalated or moderately complex queries; escalate only sensitive, high-risk, or precedent-setting matters to the Senior HRSS Partner or HR Service Lead.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in the HRIS; ensure data integrity for the client group.
- Monitor SLAs/KPIs for the client group and take corrective action on misses.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and functional teams (payroll, benefits, talent acquisition) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present periodic service review reports/dashboards directly to client stakeholders.
- Identify and drive process improvements within the client group's HR processes; follow and refine SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor law, and audit requirements for the assigned client group.
- Support onboarding/induction logistics and act as coach for any new joiners in the team.
- Client Accountability & Ownership
- Owns the day-to-day client relationship for assigned business unit(s), covering both transactional accuracy and overall service experience.
- Directly accountable for SLA/KPI performance and client satisfaction for the group.
- Empowered to make independent decisions within policy on case resolution, prioritization, and day-to-day escalation handling.
- Represents HRSS in routine client review meetings and is accountable for follow-through on action items.
Your Experience and Skills
- 4–6 years (for HR Service partner) and 6 to 10 years (for Senior HR Service partner) of experience in HR shared services/HR operations, with client-facing exposure.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRIS/ticketing platforms.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and process orientation.
- Bachelor's degree (HR, business, or related field); HR certification (e.g., PGDHRM, SHRM-CP) preferred
