Position Summary

As a Visual Designer at Zalaris, you will spearhead the creative design initiatives across various sectors, focusing on producing and overseeing high-quality design solutions. This role demands a dynamic individual with a keen eye for aesthetics and a robust understanding of design principles across multiple media. You will be responsible for developing and evolving the corporate design while ensuring all deliverables align with our brand identity and strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and creation of print and digital designs using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). This includes producing materials for the website, events, social media, advertisements, and corporate presentations. Proficiency in video production and editing is also required. Experience with Canva is desirable. 

  • Project Management: Coordinate, plan, and manage design projects from inception to completion. Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, aesthetically appealing, and meet tight deadlines. 

  • Corporate Design Evolution: Drive the development and enhancement of Zalaris' corporate design. Ensure the visual identity evolves in line with company goals and market trends. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales teams, and other stakeholders from all around the world to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint, convincing brochures, whitepapers and eBooks. 

Skills

  • Education & Experience: A completed qualification in media design or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency or B2B environment. 
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).  
  • Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Design Skills: Strong graphic design and layout skills with an eye for detail. Ability to create effective visual content and adhere to brand guidelines. 
  • Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently. Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback. 
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging designs and proficiency in storyboarding ideas and presenting them effectively.
