Position Summary

The AMO (Application Maintenance Operation) / SAP HCM Specialist has a responsibility for ensuring timely and correct deliveries according to Service Level Agreements to Zalaris customers, providing quality in service and take pride in contributing to high customer satisfaction.  

Personal Skills and other requirements

•    Bachelor degree in technical field
•    Minimum 5 years of working experience within SAP Swedish Payroll or Time areas
•    Good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Swedish/Scandinavian language
•    Ability to plan work and make priorities
•    Empathy and patience
•    Willingness and ability to deliver good service
•    Showing initiative and proactivity
•    Being flexible in relation to tasks and work extent 
•    Enjoy teamwork and being part of a close knit AMO team
•    Having ability to plan and have a good overview in relation to colleagues and customers
•    Ability to cooperate and be responsible during stressful periods
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Configuration of SAP Payroll
  • Handling change orders and service requests (3rd Line client support) 
  • Be an advisor to customers regarding best practice processes and set up in the system 
  • Professional advisor and Line support for the teams in Operations division
  • Communication with different functional teams and departments in the organization
  • Provide technical descriptions and work estimates for change requests in cooperation with other units
  • Participate in specific customer projects
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects to solve problems and be a case manager for complex multi-functional issues. 
  • Train and guide other team members
