Your Responsibilities

As Sales manager you will:

  • Contribute to drive Zalaris growth strategy
  • Get challenging tasks and excellent professional development opportunities 
  • Work with sales towards Baltic and international clients

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive sales activities in the Baltic market and contribute to global sales opportunities
  • Be commercially responsible, incl. managing and developing existing portfolio for Zalaris’ Baltic customers 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 
  • Lead quotation work to new and existing customers 
  • Work strategically with the customer at different levels 
  • Take part in events and other activities to increase the awareness in the market
  • Budget responsibility and reaching goals for revenue growth according to Zalaris growth ambition
  • Secure and follow-up delivery services from sales to operation (customer life-cycle)

Education & experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from higher education 
  • Fluency in both oral and written English and Latvian language
  • Previous experience of HRIS, BPO, BPM, or outsourced customer contact businesses  
  • Proven experience from managing multiple stakeholders and accounts within medium and large sized customers
