Your Responsibilities

  • Handling Pre-Processing, Post-Processing, Processing and Reimbursements tasks according to Zalaris’ OPM (Operating Procedure Manual)
  • Handling 1st line and 2nd line customer inquiries via C4C or other CRM system  
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone system
  • Providing guidance to customers for using Zalaris’ tools and services
  • Administrating Zalaris' portal related updates (publications, tutorials, etc)
  • Producing employment related documents
  • Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive
  • Working with Right-shoring and process improvements
  • Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position 

You have

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish or Norwegian, or Danish, or Swedish language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Customer service drive
  • Great communication and cooperation skills
  • Stress resistance and punctuality
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Flexibility and focus on efficient team work
