Job Title:  Senior Specialist with German Personal Administration

Position Summary

We have a vacancy in our BPO Service Team in Poland and we are looking for a new colleague, who has a strong understanding of German Personal Administration in SAP Operations field. Our clients are some of the most respected international companies, so you will have a chance to work with interesting challenges. 

Your Responsibilities

• Personal Administration for Zalaris clients located in Germany
• Maintenance of employee and payroll data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control, sickness etc)
• Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries) 
• Preparation and delivery of reports and statistics
• Keeping up to date with current legislation changes 
• Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone 

Skills

• For the Senior Specialist role, we require 4+ years of experience in German PA,PY
• Good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and German
• University degree or other relevant certification or experience in HR data administration, payroll or accounting
• Experience and high knowledge of Excel will be an advantage
• Candidate must be located in Poland, remote position
