Job Title:  Sales Manager

Position Summary

Sales is responsible for new business development through sales and customer relationship management. The Sales activities follow Zalaris strategy and client plan.

Your Responsibilities

Financial
•    New business development activities through sales
•    Developing strong relationships with the customer leading to deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies
•    Supporting development and implementing sales strategy
•    Knowledge in using CRM system and follow the implemented process for approval process  
•    Building and maintaining a network of customer contacts and partners in the region
•    Own and periodically review the accounts receivable status from the new accounts as per the plan
•    Increase market share and also share of wallet of the account with the customer

Delivery/Customer Satisfaction

•    Orchestrate internal resources in sales and delivery to give the customer an enhanced experience across touchpoints
•    Build a trusted group of referenceable customers who can vouch for Zalaris
•    Ensure a smooth hand-off of all new accounts to the account management teams
•    Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline
•    Run handover session internally and external / sales to project to operation

Offering/Competency Development

•    Showcase Zalaris’ solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meet.
•    Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with Zalaris’ offerings
•    Capture and create integrated opportunities with end-to-end solution delivery requirements
•    Exemplify Zalaris leadership in conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers
•    Drive the Standard offering and make sure this will be understood by the customer
•    Drive implementation of sales process and CRM
•    Sales process adherence: Client Plan, reviews, estimation, opportunity update, etc.
 

Personal skills and other requirements:

Master or bachelor degree in relevant field
•    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development
•    Action-oriented with ability to deliver timely and positive results
•    Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
•    Genuine interest in Clients
•    Open minded - like to challenge fundamental truths and solutions
•    Good problem-solving skills
•    Good spoken and written English in combination with local language as mother tongue/fluent
•    Knowledge of the outsourcing business 
•    Know how to run cold calling
•    Act proactive towards custom and new sales opportunities
•    Can work with function lead and country lead
