Position summary

Are you ready to find the best talents for rapidly growing Zalaris organization? If you are passioned about recruitment and have Can-Do attitude- we are waiting for you! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of global organization and responsible for attracting and retaining the best Talents for Zalaris Group. 

Main responsibilities

  • Take care of the full cycle of the recruitment process (active sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Identify recruitment needs, determine selection criteria and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Utilize ATS system and manage hiring process documentation
  • Provide support and guidance to hiring managers in recruitment process
  • Conduct internal meetings such as: trial period performance reviews or exit interviews
  • Support internal talent development initiatives, internal talent growth and development
  • Lead different employer branding initiatives
  • Participate in process improvement projects 

You have

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in active sourcing and recruitment
  • Native Polish language and fluent English language (B2/C1 is a must)
  • Creative and curious personality
  • Can-Do attitude
  • Experience with IT Recruitment, especially in SAP area is a must
  • Experience working with recruitment tools and job portals 
  • Good time-management and planning skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with different stakeholders 
  • Knowledge of Romanian, Latvian, German, Belarus or any Nordic languages will be an advantage
