Position Summary:
As a Senior HR Service Delivery Partner within our Global HR Shared Service team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll process, utilizing the SAP payroll system. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, adhering to relevant policies, regulations, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Manage end-to-end payroll processing using the SAP payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees. Verify data integrity, review payroll reports, and resolve discrepancies.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and company policies to ensure payroll compliance at all times. Manage statutory deductions, tax filings, and other payroll-related legal requirements.
- HR Shared Service Support: Provide expert-level support to the HR Shared Service team in addressing payroll-related inquiries and escalations. Collaborate with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes, including automation and streamlining procedures. Implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits adjustments, while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular payroll reports as well as assist in providing payroll information for statutory and tax audits.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex payroll scenarios and data analysis.
- Proficiency in using SAP payroll software and other HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and their relationship to payroll activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in Payroll processing and must of knowledge on SAP payroll system.
- Experience working in an HR Shared Service Model or similar centralized HR service delivery environment is preferred.
