My name is Vivian Chiha, and I joined Zalaris in August 2019. Working as a cloud consultant at Zalaris means that I work with people who I trust and have “my back” as I have theirs—we collectively make sure work is delivered with high quality and on an agreed timeline; we give each other council and advice for how to succeed in our positions as a ‘caring consultancy family’ for keeping our clients happy.
The satisfaction from solving problems has always excited me. That was one of the main reasons why I joined consulting business. Consulting provides continuous learning opportunities through assignments on different projects in varied industries.
As a consultant, you’ll need to have the ability to think quickly and manage stressful and challenging situations, along with a structural thinking capability. I’m always pleased to be able to create measurable business impact for my clients and their businesses.
I started my journey at Zalaris as a newly graduated candidate who joined the Zalaris trainee program, which provided me with a fast career track and a comprehensive learning curve.
