Position Summary

The SAP Time Consultant in the Application Management Services (AMS) Global role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the SAP Time Management module within the organization's SAP landscape. This role involves collaborating with global teams to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of SAP Time functionalities, aligning with business objectives, and maintaining system integrity.

Your Responsibilities

  • SAP Time Management technical configuration and customization in SAP system.
  • Handling change orders and service requests via the C4C system.
  • Advising clients on best processes and SAP standard practice with system settings.
  • Involving in functional unit testing and assisting customers in UAT.
  • Professional advising for the teams in Operations.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Communication with various functional teams and departments in the organization.
  • Creating documentation of challenges and change orders in cooperation with other business units.

Education & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5 -10 years of working experience in SAP.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Time Management Solution including CATS functionality.
  • Very good knowledge in configuration and customization of SAP system.
